If you need to reschedule a booked appointment, kindly contact our front desk directly, as rescheduling is not available through the client portal.
Insurance receipt can be provided upon request.
Cancellation Policy: We require 12 hours notice for any cancellations. If you cancel less than 12 hours ahead of the appointment start time, you will be charged the full amount. We appreciate your understanding
Booking confirmation: We’ve noticed a few clients arriving for massage appointments that were unfortunately not fully booked in our system. To make sure your appointment is confirmed:
✔️ You receive a confirmation email
✔️ You see the booking in your account under “My Bookings”
If you don’t see your appointment in your account or didn’t receive a confirmation email -> Your booking did NOT go through.
If this happens please reach out to us right away so we can book you in for your appointment.

Wellness Services & Liability

In addition to fitness and movement-based classes, House of Gia offers Holistic Treatments. These services are intended to support overall well-being; however, the client understands that they may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to minor injuries, discomfort, allergic reactions, or other adverse effects.

By booking and receiving any wellness service at House of Gia, the client voluntarily assumes all associated risks and agrees to release and hold harmless House of Gia, its owners, directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, health concerns, or damages that may arise from participation in these services.

The client acknowledges that all wellness practitioners operating within House of Gia, including but not limited to massage therapists and holistic practitioners, are independent contractors and not employees of the studio. As such, House of Gia is not responsible for the actions, omissions, treatments, or outcomes provided by any practitioner. Any concerns or claims related to a specific treatment must be addressed directly with the practitioner.

Furthermore, by entering and using the premises, the client agrees that House of Gia is not liable for any injury, accident, loss, theft, or damage to personal property that may occur within the space, including but not limited to treatment rooms, lounge areas, washrooms, locker rooms, or any shared areas within the wellness center.
